<description><![CDATA[<p>Mosi Tatupu, a single on the most popular players in New England Patriots history has died.<br /><br />Tatupu, acknowledged for his inspired unique teams perform, died Tuesday at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, hospital spokeswoman Ashley O'Brien mentioned. He was 54. The hospital could not disclose a trigger of death.<br /><br />Tatupu was chosen from the Patriots in the eighth round with the 1978 draft out of Southern Cal and played 13 of his 14 NFL seasons with the team, wrapping up his profession with the Los Angeles Rams in 1991.<br /><br />Tatupu, who was born in American Samoa, was picked to New England's 50th anniversary team last season.</p><br/><br/>5 Vote(s) ]]></description>
